Kingston takes responsibility for the installation and commissioning of plant on behalf of leading customers in a wide variety of industries, liaising with equipment manufacturers and ensuring the design objectives, installation and operational criteria match. Inspection, maintenance and repair of production and process plant is undertaken, with
installation of new parts, rebuilding, testing and commissioning as required. The service is tailored to suit customer operations, with shut down and emergency support
as needed.

Kingston's specialist reclamation and enhancement service is a solution to the increasingly higher costs of capital investment, extending the life and value from plant and adding value for our customers. Worn components are reclaimed and performance characteristics of new manufactured items may be enhanced, for instance,
with the deposit of hard bearing surface on tough substrate material. Kingston is a Metco approved Distributor and Metal Spraying Contractor by the wire and powder process.

Grit blasting and spraying booths accommodate contracts to 12m x 5m x 4m and 5 tons weight capacity. Anti-corrosive/erosive coatings include metal sprayed zinc and aluminium, all types of main paint systems and approved ceramic metal system.
