CCR (Wednesbury) Ltd was established in 1979 by merging of skills & expertise gained over a period of 50 years.
CCR's roll forming method of circling sheet metal strip into rings compares very well against more expensive methods of spinning & pressing.
Situated in the heart of the UK...and at the forefront of Roll Forming and Circling, CCR can produce a diverse range of Cold Rolled Rings in all grades of alloys, carbon steels and stainless steels for the Aerospace and Commercial industry requirements. Production Methods
Using our in-house roll forming and circling methods, these compare favourably with the expensive pressing and spinning techniques.
Straight Rolled sections along with Circled diameter sections are readily produced with a single set of Roll Dies.
Our tool room facilities enable us to produce samples quickly while production tooling is being manufactured.
Our range of sheet forming dimension are: -
- 0.25mm up to 3.00mm
- Raw Materials include - Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Mild Steel Stainless Steel and Titanium
- Diameters from 100mm upward
- Length by agreement with steel supplier
