Vacuum Conveyors
Vacuum Conveyors are the perfect solution for the transfer of powder, granules and pellets in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and associated industries. Hanningfield offer a range of vacuum conveyors in various sizes, to accomodate a variety of applications. Manufactured from stainless steel, and boasting an 'easy-clean' design, Hanningfield's vacuum conveyors are a simple and hygienic method for the transfer of material.

Capsule Transfer Systems
The Hanningfield CapsuJet capsule transfer system, originally designed and patented by Hanningfield in 1995, remains the best and most efficient method for the conveying of hard shell capsules in industry today. The CapsuJet was originally designed and built to overcome the problems associated with conventional mechanical systems, and is now the method of choice for the automatic loading of high-speed capsule filling machines.

Cone Mills
Cone miils are a size reduction machine for the particle sizing and deagglomeration of powders and other material. A cone mill is an excellent means of reducing material to a consistent and uniform particle size. Other benefits include an easy-clean hygienic design, low dust and noise generation and a high throughput. Our range of cone mills can process up to 7,200 kgs/hr; Hanningfield also manufacture a lab-scale cone mill which can handle 200 kgs/hr.

Kibbler Lump Breakers
The Hanningfield ‘Surebreak’ lump breaker, also known as a ‘pre-breaker’ or ‘kibbler’ provides an excellent solution for breaking large lumps of agglomerated material. Our Surebreak lump breaker can be used for reducing large lumps of material prior to further processing such as in the case of size reduction milling and fine grinding. The Hanningfield Lump Breaker is capable of extremely high throughput, up to 10,000 kgs/hr. The compact design makes the unit easy to fit within existing production set-ups.

Powder Cyclones
The Uni-Dust powder recovery cyclone is both innovative and unique, as it is able to capture excess dust in the process room itself. Usually excess dust created during capsule filling or tablet compressing is piped to a central dust extraction system. The Uni-Dust cyclone prevents this with a 'best-practice' approach to dust containment. The integrity of the central dust extraction system is significantly improved by capturing the dust inside the process room, preventing a build-up of hazardous powders in the central system.

IBC Lifting
The Uni-Hoist is perfectly suited to IBC lifting, inverting and docking. By handling heavy containers, the Uni-Hoist is able to automate strenuous process activities. IBC docking is an excellent method of automating a process through gravity-feed transfer.
More information on Hanningfield’s IBC handling hoists can be found here.
Drum Lifting
The Uni-Hoist can be used for the lifting, turning and inverting of drums and containers. The automation of this process eliminates the need for manual handling and helps to improve the hygiene of a process.
More information on Hanningfield’s drum handling hoists can be found here.
Equipment Positioning Hoists
The Hanningfield Uni-Hoist is often utilised for the positioning of equipment. Process equipment such as mills and vacuum conveyors can be hoist mounted to give a great deal of operational flexibility, in terms of both mobility and height. The integration of process equipment with the Uni-Hoist facilitates improved operations by enabling equipment to be positioned wherever the need arises.
