HYDRAVALVE (UK) LTD was established in 1988 as a private limited company.
Starting from a small single office/warehouse in Willenhall West Midlands, the company has extended into the adjacent three units. During 15 years ofcontinuous, Hydravalve has built up an extensive product portfolio, offering a unique and innovative one stop "shop "for process, hydraulic and pneumatic components, assemblies and systems, as well as constantly adding to the range, to meet the ever changing market place.
The vast product range, along with a commitment to excellent customer service, has helped to establish Hydravalve as long standing partners to major companies in various industries, including, the automotive, paint, chemical, food, foundry industries.
Valves
General stainless steel valves, cast iron butterfly and ball valves are imported from the far east, and are covered by full CE approval.
Brass valves are imported from Italy, while knife gate valves and pneumatic actuators are imported from Spain.
Pneumatic and electric actuated valves from 1/4 "through to 12 "can be assembled and delivered any where in the country within 48 hours. Some can be assembled while you wait at our trade counter.
We specialise in ATEX approved equipment, silicon degreased products as well as EPOXY COATING of many brands of valve as well as our actuators.
Pneumatic actuators are available in Epoxy coated aluminium, stainless steel and plastic materials off the shelf. Ranging from 11Nm to 2900 Nm.
Assembly of free issue valves can also be carried out in house, and retro fitting of valves already in situ on site.Actuator accessories including switch boxes, solenoid valves and positioners to various specifications, including: intrinsically safe and explosion proof with Atex approvals.
Tube and Fittings
Stainless and carbon steel fittings are available up to 10,000 psi along with all the associated pipeline products. (flanges and hanging systems)
Hose assembly work is carried out in our works from 1/8 "to 6 "for industrial and hydraulic applications.
