Our VibControl products for advanced vibration testing and
signal analysis from 4 to hundreds of input channels are

In co-operation with renowned partners, m+p international provides complete vibration test systems including shaker
and combined climatic and vibration test stands.

The VibControl solutions for data reduction with/without throughput (VibRecorder) and acoustic control testing in
a reverberation chamber (AcousticControl) are based on the same user interface and hardware platform as the shaker
control systems. Therefore they can be configured as a control system by just adding software modules, thus highly reducing the purchase costs and operator training.

Coda
Continuous Data Acquisition, Signal Analysis and Process Monitoring

Coda is m+p international’s universal, turnkey software platform for fast and efficient measurements – irrespective of the channel count. With its intuitive user interface, comprehensive functionality and data base management of set-ups and results it is ideally suited for applications with higher channel counts and large quantities of data:

• General-purpose measurements on products
  and test assemblies
• Structural load cycling and dynamic testing
• Static and dynamic measurements on engine
  test stands
• Long-term continuous product and process data acquisition in production
• Process monitoring in power plants, refineries,
  water or sewage works

Whether temperatures, pressures, forces, accelerations, frequencies, strains, etc. are to be measured - Coda processes all these signals without difficulty. High-channel count applications using hundreds of channels can be configured within a very short time and are handled safely and efficiently.

Measurement Hardware

As standard, Coda supports a large number of high-precision, industry-standard LXIbus, VXIbus and USB acquisition hardware scalable for small and large channel counts. LXI (LAN eXtensions for Instrumentation) is the new instrumentation platform for test & measurement which combines the advantages of the industry-standard Ethernet technology with the simplicity and familiarity of GPIB.

Coda can be operated with the advanced 48-channel LXIbus-based EX10xx series and EX1629 instruments made by VTI Instruments Corp. for thermocouple, voltage and strain gage measurements. Support of
Bustec's 6100 function card carrier is also implemented.

To minimize your testing downtime m+p international now provides both return to m+p and on-site calibration* services for all m+p systems and related hardware. Commercial** calibrations are available for VibPilot, VibRunner, VCP_PC, VCP9000 systems and VXI, 3565S and OROS 25 measurement hardware.
