Aquatherm is a an established family business based in Pershore, Worcestershire, UK. Our core business is the "design and manufacture of a comprehensive range of both storage and non-storage Calorifiers".
Our wide customer base includes Hospitals, Universities, Local Authorities and Leisure Centres as well as General Industry.
In addition we supply an expansive range of heat exchangers to the process, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Due to the varying demands of such clients we benefit from our ability to design and supply a variety of heat exchangers including bare tube, finned tube, low finned, and turbulated models. The Harwell Tasc computer programme is used to provide a design not only guaranteed to be always correct but also offering the optimum size and price - plus a quick answer to your enquiries. Despite computer assistance, we fully understand heat transfer so are able to provide you with additional backup and confidence. Swimming Pool Heat Exchangers
Aquatherm swimming pool heat exchangers are manufactured with 316 stainless steel tubes to ensure corrosion resistance to chlorinated pool and spa water, longer equipment life and can be safely used with confidence.
SEVERN BYPASS heat exchanger - 316 Stainless Steel
- A simple method of heating swimming pool water indirectly from the boiler.
- All stainless steel 316 construction in contact with the pool water.
- Due to high flow rates through the heat exchanger it is inherently a self cleaning unit.

Strainer Boxes - Pump Filter Protection
Protect your pumps with an Aquatherm swimming pool strainer box - manufactured from stainless steel 316 to ensure corrosion resistance to chlorinated pool and spa water and can be manufactured to your requirements.
- Strainers manufactured from 316 stainless steel.
- 316 stainless steel lid.
- Lids sealed securely with nitrile O ring.
- Supplied complete with 316 stainless steel basket with 3mm perforations.
- 2"(50mm) - 14"(350mm) BS.4504 NP.10 inlet/outlet connections.
- Outlet (pump suction) can be fitted with reduced sized flange and eccentric reducer.
- Alternative flange sizes/tables available, as required.
- Can be supplied to match existing pipework.
Suction Pump Manifold

Replacement & Refurbishment
Replacement Service for Tube Bundles, Headers and Shells
We can supply replacement tube bundles, headers and shells for most types of heat exchanger, both water/water and steam/water applications.
Tube bundles can be built using copper, low fin extended surface copper, stainless steel (304/316) and carbon steel tubes.
Made to measure, replacement heat exchangers - swimming pools, industry, schools. Save on expensive pipework alterations.
Generally we can cross-reference the original makers model number or a company representative can measure the tube bundle on site.
Available with a lead time of 10 working days.
