SMT through hole PCB assembly has high repeatability of X-Y drive and automatic presentation of preformed components with orientation indicator to ensure absolute consistency throughout small, medium and large batches.
Incorporating the latest in laser and vision centering technology we ensure accurate component placement. Over 300 feeders and 12 interchangeable feeder banks accommodates rapid changeovers for small and medium batches and full pass through capability from start to finish.
DEK Auto Align full pass through screen printer with Air Con and Underside Stencil Wipe also ensure perfect printing. Full convection reflow ensures even the most complex and densely populated PCBs are of an exceptional high quality first time.
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) is supplied as standard with all our products. Easy to program, fast, and an economical way to ensure 100 percent build quality, results data can be supplied to customer.
The AOI - optical inspection can easily recognises missing, tombstone, mis-orientated, wrong value components and will detect solder bridges and dry joints.
