At Transam Rubber & Extrusions Ltd, we specialise in manufacturing plastic tubes, plastic tubing, PVC tubes and hoses, flexible PVC tubes and profiles in the UK. We have over 20 years experience in the manufacture of bespoke plastic products at Transam Rubber & Extrusions Ltd and stock a wide range of PVC hoses and pipes.

We manufacture a wide range of flexible PVC profiles, all of which are contructed from varying grades of PVC. We work closely with our customers, to exact specification from drawings or samples to produce exceptional results.

At Transam, we manufacture a wide range of UVPC pipe and profiles all finished with a robust and rigid appearance. Our UPVC pipes are manufactured from 2.5mm diameter to 125mm diameter with almost any wall thickness.

UPVC profiles are usually made to a bespoke design after consultation with our clients. We can manufacture profiles from 5mm to 100mm wide in lengths up to 6m.

Our polythene tubes can be manufactured to be colour matched to your specifications. They are constructed from a semi rigid, low cost, but very tough material that also has the advantage of being recyclable.

We also manufacture micro tubes from 1mm internal diameter for use in the medical trade as well as fluid and low pressure air transfer.

We offer a diverse range of polypropylene tubes, widely suited to children’s toys due to structural properties. Polypropylene tubes tend to crease or buckle without breaking with a sharp edge making them a safe and reliable material to use for products for children.

We specialise in manufacturing polyurethane and TPRs to exact customer specifications.

Our P/U tubes are used in the transfer of petroleum based greases and fuel for use in the agricultural industry or utilisation in hostile/high wear environments.

Thermoplastic rubbers are available in many different variations, the most popular being ‘Santoprene.' We manufacture it for use in water pumps, air pumps and high-speed roller coverings.

We manufacture a comprehensive range of smooth bore plastic ducting made from black Polyethylene (MDPE). The twin wall cable ducting is produced in a range of sizes compatible with the industry standard product range.

Our rod tubes are made from tough polypropylene or PVC materials enabling high levels of protection to valuable fishing rods or postal components.

Our rod tubes are manufactured in black with either red or yellow end caps for security and we provide four different sizes of rod tubes and two different lengths to cater for your requirements.

We exhibit an excellent reinforced PVC range for various applications across all types of industry. An extremely versatile and popular product, braided PVC hose is used for the transfer and supply of water, various fluids and powders and light pressure air transfer.

Our nylon tube consists of both nylon 6/6 and 6/12, both highly stable materials giving excellent resistance to chemicals and oils. Our nylon tube also exhibits extremely high abrasion resistance due to the beneficial properties of its construction and therefore is widely suitable for the hydraulics and pneumatics industry.

We provide numerous suction and delivery hoses varying in weight and construction for many applications. Spiral reinforced hoses have the ability to bend through tight radii without kinking and are very durable.
