Optical profile projectors are available both new and used from Midland Metrology Ltd together with other measuring, inspection, test and calibration equipment. We also have an extensive Calibration Laboratory.
Our Profile Projectors are extremely high quality and are very competitively priced and are available as new or used items. Vickers hardness testers
The Vickers test can be used for all metals and has one of the widest scales among hardness tests
- Brinell hardness testers used commonly in metallurgy, forging, casting, untempered steel and in the non-ferrous metals industry
- Rockwell Hardness Testers commonly used in factories, scientific research institutes and college laboratories.
- Micro-Vickers Hardness Testers can measure the hardness of ferrous, non-ferrous metals, thin sections ICs, coatings, ply-materials, glass, ceramics, agate, and precious stones.
- Portable Hardness Testers developed as an alternative to the unwieldy and sometimes intricate traditional hardness measuring equipment.
Co-ordinate Measuring Machines
Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) can be supplied as used or new from virtually every measuring machine manufacturer including: Mitutoyo, Brown and Sharpe, DEA, Zeiss, Leitz, Eley Metrology, LK, Johansson, Wenzel, Poli, Steiflemeyer and Tesa.
There are various types of measuring machines including bridge type, cantilever type, gantry style and fully portable measuring machines such as those produced by Romer and Faro Arm.
We deliver, install and calibrate each CMM on site and can also offer various additional software, training and warranties
Calibration Machines
Within our modern, fully equipped Calibration Laboratory Midland Metrology are able to offer a calibration service for a wide range of instruments and gauges as well as a full contract inspection service.
We also offer on site calibration of large, difficult to move items such as profile projectors, surface tables and measuring machines etc.
