We offer a comprehensive range of plastic sheet which can be supplied to customers size, thickness and colour.
Twin Wall Polypropylene - (Fluted Plastic Sheet) is available in grades ranging from 250 gsm to 4000 gsm. This material is lightweight but strong and very durable, fibre free and has excellent resistance to most chemicals and water making it and ideal solution for packaging, protective layering in the form of slip sheets or layer pads. The sheet can also be fabricated to suit many applications from Sleeves to bespoke trays, cases and transit cartons. The material is fully recyclable.
Solid Polypropylene Sheet - is available in grades ranging from 0.8mm to 40mm
We are also able to supply the following materials which are all suitable for vacuum forming
HDPE - High Density Polyethylene
HIPS - High Impact Polystyrene
ABS - Acrylonitrile Butadiene styrene

RapiForm
Developed in conjunction with one of the largest form work contractors in the UK CPP Industrial have launched RapidForm a patented contemporary concrete shuttering system used in the formation of reinforced ground beams. The combination of wire mesh wrapped in twin wall polypropylene makes RapiForm one of strongest yet lightest product on the market
To compliment this system we also supply a full range of spacers spacers, which we recommend are used in conjunction with RapidForm.
