Neosonic - Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems
The Wallsall Chemical Neosonic range of ultrasonic cleaning equipment will cope with all the demands that heavy industry will bring. They are built of stainless steel and are fitted with the newest MOFSET circuitry. Their constant power is converted into high frequency sound waves via piezoelectric ceramic crystals.
Neosonic systems use a heated water based ultrasonic cleaning detergent. This means that it is inexpensive to run and friendly to the environment. They are ideally suited to cleaning for applications in electronic circuit board manufacturing, garages, workshop operations and precision automotive component cleaning.
We can also supply multistage systems which rinse using de-ionised water for higher specification operations.

We offer a large range of Spray Wash Cleaning Systems and are main agents for Madigo Machines UK. They range from top loading, front loading and multistage inline conveyor systems, to name a few.
Wallsall also offer pre-owned refurbished systems for far less cost of new machines, We have an onsite demonstration room, so if you require advice on the correct system for you then please visit us, where we would be happy to help you.
Our top loading machines have a basket range of less than 400mm to 1,500mm. We can also provide bespoke baskets or enclosed baskets to suit your needs.

Degreasing Chemicals
Our Envirosonic Ultrasonic decarbonising and degreasing chemicals product was developed to provide an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional toxic cold soak.
There are the standard 'S' models and the 'XL' system. The XL, pictured here, will take large items (900x650x500mm) and is capable of taking a Jaguar engine block or 2 Jaguar cylinder heads.
The combination of our Ultrasonic Cleaning and Neo Envirostrip 2000 water based paint stripping/decarboniser will quickly break down paints and carbon faster than traditional methods.
You can control them from wall mounts and they have LED displays for temperature/time and you can raise and lower the platform pneumatically. The system is ideal for general degreasing to decarbonising/paint stripping, The secret behind the system is the Enviroflow flow action.
