All possible requirements of sawing & prepping available including ninety degree, forty five degree and arrowhead saw cuts, "V" and "Y" notches, trickle vents, drainage, espag preps, all door preps and much more.
The Flowline is designed to remove as much skill and labour from the beginning of the production line as possible and it is the ideal machine for this.
Over 130 Stuga automatic cutting & prepping centres sold up to date.
Rotary tooling system allows for unlimited machining possibilities.
Top level servicing with all parts available for machinery from Stuga and Sturtz. Stuga machines still produced in the UK.
Three versions available. Microline 400 windows per week. ZX3 600 - 800 windows per week. ZX4 800 - 1,000 windows per week.
