From design to manufacture, bespoke, low or high volume call off, Weatherald Wood Components makes wood work for our customers. We have 30,000 sq ft of factory space, and have a 40 year history built on a reputation for quality, reliability and world class service.
Our affiliation with the British Woodworking Federation ensures that we are in tune with Industry Best Practice.
Service & Design (CAD/CAM)
Weatherald offer the latest in CNC machining facilities and we pride ourselves on the flexibility of our production unit and the technical skill of our workforce.
Our membership of FIRA ensures that products can be designed, tested and approved to the highest standards.
We provide CAD/CAM facilities to assist our customers at all stages of manufacture, from design ideas to completed products. We can assist in value engineering items and even hold stock, freeing up your space and working capital.
FINISHING
We are proud to be able to offer a full finishing service. Items can be hand or machine sprayed in waterborne, compliant A.C. or P.U. lacquers. Colour matching is a speciality.
Products for exterior use can be finished in various micro porous systems, UV inhibitors or protective oils

Materials
Our supply base enables us to offer a full range of temperate hardwoods, softwoods, veneered, foiled or wrapped MDF and chipboard.
Weatherald holds a Certified Chain of Custody (SGS-COC-0377) which enables us to manufacture and certify products from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) materials.
Facilities
We have 30,000 sq ft of factory space with potential to expand.
Whatever materials you need to store we will save you space and make them available whenever you want. Our supply network means we can often source unusual materials quickly and economically.
