We manufacture Smartboxx custom designed enclosures, housing and panels from flat sheet plastic using CNC machining, forming and banding. Our Smartboxx custom designed enclosures are suitable for a wide range of industries and can be produced within tight deadlines.

Our product design team will work closely with our customers to create working products from their own ideas. We use structured product design processes using our extensive skills, experience and knowledge.

Our expert inhouse designers will work with you to ensure we meet the right product aesthetics & ergonomics required. Our product aesthetics & ergonomics ensure that we produce enclosures in the most cost-effective way possible.

We offer contract manufacturing which follows the initial design and prototype stage. Our contract manufacturing team will help you ensure a seamless move to manufacture and batch manufacture.

With 15,000 square feet of space available for testing, assembly and packaging, we are able to carry out volume manufacturing as well as smaller batches. We are accredited to ISO9001:2008 which enables us to include test procedures required for volume manufacturing.
