Following on from their investment in a new 3200T Krauss Maffei injection moulding machine earlier this year, Product Development Specialists, ARRK Europe, are pleased to announce further investment in a new 1600T KM machine.
Having been so impressed with the performance of the KM3200, ARRK’s team of tooling and low volume moulding specialists at Petersfield Technical Centre elected to add the new MX1600/17200 as well. Much like its big sister, the MX1600 offers increased productivity and efficiency savings, not to mention excellent part quality.
With groundworks at an advanced stage, the team are now ready for the installation of the machine, plus a new integrated bulk material handling system. In addition it will have a six axis fully automated robot.
Recently appointed Managing Director, Royden Morgan, commented: I am delighted to be adding this new Krauss Maffei to the fleet of moulding machines at our Petersfield site. When we hosted our Open Day back in May, we stated that it was our intention to make further investments, so I am obviously thrilled that we have been able to make this happen so soon afterwards.
