B2B firms neglecting the many publicity opportunities
Too many UK companies are losing potential sales, which is short-selling the country’s economy as well as their businesses, because management does not understand the potential of publicity opportunities or how to harness its short and long-term value.
For most firms, and particularly start-ups, press publicity would be their most cost-effective and affordable sales promotion tool. However, many companies producing good products and services are failing to use their trade media or newspapers and local publications to gain interest from the very buyers they need to reach. Plus they are not using the many marketing tools available, due to time and staff constraints, and ignorance of simple procedures.
A new e-book for Kindle and other e-reader apps has been published which details how to run a day-to-day publicity/marketing operation, including press release writing and distribution, photography, exhibitions, direct mail, social media, advertising, graphic design and print. It’s a must for every marketing person and will help existing publicity and marketing set-ups or enable starting one.
Author, Alan Godfrey has worked in industrial manufacturing publicity for over 26 years and previously in marketing. His previous book on publicity was acclaimed by leading editors as the best they had read on the subject. Many firms benefited from the book.
Godfrey says “It really will help any size business. Why not call me with your specific publicity problem?” www.agmpublicity.co.uk 01737 222552 info@agmuk.co.uk
