Fischer Elektronik has enhanced its range in the packaging area, with several male and female headers, with the tape & reel option. Fischer Elektronik is meeting the increased demand for automation-appropriate packaging by continuously expanding tap & reel.
A single and double row header with a grid spacing of 2.54mm and 2.00 are packed into tape & reel for automatic assembly. Protected and precise positioning of the belted articles is ensured by the blister strip. An assembly aid is mounted on many plug-in connectors for vacuum suction. It must be removed from the male and female headers following the soldering process. This allows the efficient assembly of the plug-in connectors for the customer.
