Local Tamworth business, Stratique Marketing, Design and PR have recently expanded and have added three new members to their telemarketing team in order to manage the exceptional increase in business they had already had this year. In addition, Stratique have also taken on a new marketing apprentice who now has the opportunity to earn money whilst also gaining qualifications.. Kira Brittain initially joined Stratique as part of the Job Centre’s work experience programme but, long before her 8 week placement was complete, the Stratique Management Team realised she was far too talented to let go.
Schemes and programmes, such as the apprenticeship scheme, are being created and implemented with the purpose of allowing and encouraging companies to hire new employees; something which will benefit the entire economy and contribute to lowering unemployment rates.
Recent figures, along with the example of companies like Stratique, strongly suggest that despite the doom-mongering, the financial climate is improving, jobs are being created and businesses are able to expand in 2012.
