Certain plastics, such as PVC, polyethylene and polypropylene are fabricated through the process of hot gas welding. Other plastics such as polycarbonate and PETG can also be hot gas welded. While the basic process is simple, quality welding of rigid plastics is a skill developed over many years of experience. Our team have a wealth of experience in all the above materials, and we have CSWIP certification for the hot gas welding process.
