The range features 2 synchroscopes : LED synchroscope & LED synchroscope with check sync relay, both housed in 96x96mm DIN cases. The LED Synchroscope is used for manual synchronisation and optically indicates the electrical phase difference between two ac voltages. The LED synchroscope with check sync relay has a relay output which is controlled in Live Bus situations by differential voltage and phase angle and in dead bus where no system voltages are detected. The input voltages are detected by the input resistor and power supply transformer and the microcontroller is programmed to operate the relay according to the preset options.
