    Manufactured in the USA to the highest standards with hi resolution of 0.1 micron and accuracy of 0.5 micron. It can be a stand alone unit with inbuilt statistics or can be used with powerful software (optional). It can be configured to all leading standards including ISO, BS, ASTM, TAPPO etc. The head size and down force/test method can be specified at time of ordering with an optional results printer with onboard statics print out. It also features a user selectable feed distance. The stand alone or software driven thickness profiling couldn't be easier with the MX-1210 profiling thickness gauge model. It is fitted with a high precision LVDT sensor, contact foot and isolated 'C' frame assembly. The Micro Gauge will provide accurate measurement of calliper or thickness of paper, tissue and plastic films. The drive increments can be set for 25mm to 150mm steps (paper) or 3mm to 75mm steps (film) with other ranges available. Statistics are reported on the instrument display. The MX-1210 is fully compatible with the Oakland instrument model MX-1300 QC software. It is designed to be rugged, reliable and easy to use, the MX-1210 can help solve the toughest thickness deviation problems. The MX-1300 Process control software offers powerful statistics, graphical analysis of thickness data including, high, low, average, standard deviation and date count values, percentage against average gauge and polar plots. It also offers die variation for blow films and Fourier analysis for extrusion line problems diagnosis and analysis.
