    Pressure Transducers
A pressure sensor's typical function is to measure the pressure of either a liquid or a gas, measuring the force needed to stop the substrate material from expanding. Pressure sensors generally act as a transducer and transmit an electrical signal as a function of the measured imposed pressure. Throughout their use in everyday applications and in the world of industry, a pressure sensor or pressure transducer can measure variables such as oil pressure, fluid flow and water level, to name a few. When choosing a sensor for your specific application, it's critical to discern the situation where the sensor will be used, as it may be appropriate to choose a sensor which is suitable for use under water, which will operate under high temperatures or even operate in vacuum conditions.
