Our Vacuum Material Delivery Systems feed plastic granules into extrusion systems using vacuum pressure. We can design and install a vacuum delivery system to meet the level of work your company aims to carry out and the density of materials you will be using. We install vacuum delivery systems that can operate as standalone systems, or plant-wide facilities.
We construct our delivery systems from stainless steel and aluminium for robustness and so that they require the minimum of maintenance. The filtration systems we include prevent dust contamination in your raw materials and protect the vacuum pump. The vacuum pressure in our systems can be centralised or de-centralised to suit your requirements - a centralised system has the benefits of reducing noise, saving energy, and providing a higher throughput.
