    High Frequency Welding and Solvent Bonding are processes that are used to join two vacuum formed or fabricated pieces of plastic in a seal that is unbreakable. In the case of High Frequency Welding, an oscillating nib is used to create a steadfast weld. Where you do not want a weld that will be visible, the two pieces of plastic are sealed using solvents an adhesive which seal the bond and structurally turn the two pieces into one.
