An access hatch on the top of your building is an important fire safety feature. At Rocburn we offer opal automatic opening vents (AOV) that can be controlled via a thermofuse or electrical control box in an emergency. The hatch can be built into any type of existing support, whether it's concrete, steel or wood, with the option of an extra aluminium cover over the top.
A cross bar and opening griddle can be added too to aid access via the roof. The hatch is highly resistant to high and low temperatures and is fully tested according to the rigorous quality checks of BS EN12101-2 that regulate smoke and heat control systems.
