CNC machining techniques allow us to fabricate engineering components and parts to exceptionally precise designs and plans. At Vaplas we can take your plans for a particular part, develop them using 3D modelling and CAD-CAM and then use CNC milling, turning and drilling machinery to create the finished component. All of this can be done in short lead-time to suit your requirements.
We have plastic materials available for use in high temperature and stress conditions, and with excellent chemical resistance. Large batch sizes and production runs can be carried out.
