Do I need to register?
In order for you to proceed to the checkout you will need to register as controller for your company, or if you already have a controller you will be asked to complete
a form. You are not required to register until this point.
How do I add an item to the shopping basket?
After deciding which advertising options you want you will be able to add an item to your shopping basket by clicking the "Add to Basket" link. This item will then appear in your shopping basket.
How do I view my shopping basket?
You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "View Basket" link at the top of each page.
How do I pay?
You pay using "WorldPay", who are an internationally trusted payment service, using your credit card. WorldPay are the only people to know your credit card details through their secure connections. Applegate never see this information.
Can I view my order history?
You can view any orders you have placed and your invoices by logging into the controller screens then following the link "Review my online orders ". By clicking on the link 'view my invoices' you will be
able to retrieve all the invoices we have raised for your company in a PDF format that you may print out.
Can I cancel an order I have placed?
Yes, you need to log on as controller, follow the link 'Review my online orders' and choose the 'cancel order' or 'cancel a line item' option.
If I add items to my basket do I have to buy them?
You may add as many items to your basket; you are under no obligation to buy them until you choose to. You do this by selecting them and clicking 'proceed to checkout'.
Who do I contact to ask questions?
At the bottom of each page there is a 'query' link, click through and submit your question. Your form will be submitted to a member of the team who will respond within 1 working day.
Why can I not select a product to sponsor?
You may have a pop up blocker turned on. Please allow pop ups from www.applegate.co.uk. Please note we do not use pop ups for advertising this only applies to our online shop.
I have added a product sponsorship to my basket, when I have checked out the item is no longer available why?
Product sponsorships are exclusive. While you have left this item in your basket another shopper has bought this product. Please select another product to sponsor.
