Established in 1976, DJJ manufacture precision components for a global marketplace, providing an impressive CNC One Stop Shop service. In the last year alone, close to £1million has been invested in high-end CNC machinery from sliding head equipment, to a new 'Index' 6 spindle CNC machining centre. Continual investments in state of the art equipment, coupled with experienced and skilled staff, mean we can now offer customers quality machined components at extremely competitive prices - without compromising on quality or service!

Our new £3/4 million '6 spindle' is fully automated for the production of quality components from bar to 32mm. It can cope with the most complex of turned parts, including back-working with 32 Axis and simultaneous machining at 6 main spindles. The easy programming and fast set up times means we are up to 5 times more productive than with conventional tools. Large batch sizes are ideal for this machine, which guarantees high process reliability whilst at the same time, delivering the highest possible precision machined, close-tolerance parts.
