Gemini operate high speed MYDATA surface mounts lines. Gemini are the first UK CEM to operate a MYDATA MY500 stencil free 'Solder Jet' process, suited to high technology PBA's. We have full optical inspection (AOI), cable manufacture, functional test and box building capability at our modern Hampshire facility.

Our skilled technicians are all accredited to the recognised IPC standards. We support products for class 2 or 3 applications. Leaded, Lead Free, RoHS or mixed process capability.

We are a leading technology supplier with comprehensive experience in BGA and leadless devices. Our customers are supported with placement and re-work capability, using leading ERSA equipment and full inspection using ERSAscope and 3D X-Ray.

PCB design specialising in high-speed digital circuits. Leading edge tools: CADENCE, MENTOR GRAPHICS, ZUKEN & ALTIUM.

PCB engineering, scanning and full reverse engineering for PCBs, supported with BARCO tooling.

PCB manufacture prototype to volume production. Products range from 2 to 24 layers rigid & flex-rigid,  including buried/blind and micro via technology. Plant locations in the UK, mainland Europe and Pacific Asia.
