Acupaq Limited are clearly the UK front runners in the manufacture and
supply of component packaging products, including tape and reel materials,
tubes, trays and static control products to the electronics and
semiconductor industries.
Acupaq Limited, formed following a management buyout of Advantek’s UK
facility in early 2006, has gone from strength to strength in our first 3
years trading. Our near 100% growth seen in 2008 is expected to be achieved
again in 2009 as we grow our capability through investment into new
manufacturing processes and increased distribution channels. We continue to
put the customer first and implement new ideas primarily by knowing what the
industries need through our close relationships with customers and suppliers
across the globe. In these difficult times of less volume, yet continued
high product mix, Acupaq has listened carefully and is now in a position to
offer an even larger product range to support our customers changing needs.
This range is further enhanced by the introduction of our proprietary
carrier tape manufacturing process, swiftTape. Capable of producing over
1.4million pocket sizes without tooling, swiftTape is truly the answer to
JIT needs.
