Frequency Converters

Our main business is the manufacture and supply of Frequency Converters, Specialist AC and DC Power Products and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).    Our range includes Aircraft Ground Power products, and Electrical Power Units (EPU) for Offshore applications.

Our Service Department offers maintenance and repair of vibration systems, in addition to commissioning of our own power products, and ongoing support of a wide range of power systems.  Coverage extends offshore or abroad when required.

Specialist Power Products

The main thrust of our business is the manufacture and supply of frequency converters.  However, we are quite often asked for a specialist dc power supply, and we are always keen to help where we can.

Rather than re-invent the wheel, we buy in a chassis-mounting component supply from a dc power specialist, and use our own prototype wiremen to build it into an instrument case with switches, metering and connectors to our customer's requirements.

Aircraft Ground Power

When aircraft equipment is to be operated away from the aircraft, the most cost-effective solution will usually be to choose one of our industrial Frequency Converters or DC Power Supplies.

If a complete aircraft is to be operated in the absence of engine power, standards requirements may dictate the use of a purpose-built unit.  We can offer such units when required, however prices and lead times for these ruggedly-built all-weather systems do not usually compare well with products in our more competitive industrial range.
