Saturn Solutions' Electronic Design and Manufacture division has a long track history in the contract electronic manufacturing industry. At the heart of our business is the assembly of conventional printed circuit boards (PCB), (single sided, multi-layer and flexible board). This is complemented by a full software and hardware design service and surface mount assembly to prototype and small batch levels.
We now offer a manufacturing service for cable assemblies, harnesses and looms with products assembled to your specifications or copied from your current product. From a single item to large scale production, fast turnaround and high quality is guaranteed.
We offer a full turnkey service, having a proven capability to integrate, install and modify all types of technology.
As specialists in contract electronic manufacturing, we have undertaked many and varied projects including the re-design and manufacture of the Shark vehicle measurement system which is widely used in the automotive industry around the world. We produce assemblies used in various industries from paper production to childrens entertainment suites.
We specialise in the integration of science and technology to provide operational systems.
