· Semi automated TH insertion, wave solder and final unit assembly
· ICT, functional test and Boundary scan/JTAG testing
· PCB sourcing and design for manufacture
· Component purchasing, tape and reeling and line stock of Rs and Cs
· Kanban/Lean Manufacturing and 6Sigma techniques
· Prototypes through to production volumes
