Here at JMS Transformers Ltd, we supply 3 phase transformers, double wound 250kva with primary taps of +/-5% & +/- 10%. We design and manufacture 3 phase transformers from 50VA up to 2MVA.

We produce electrical, safety, wall mounted, mains, site and panel transformers. Any fixture and fitting can be incorporated in the manufacture of transformers. These include fuses, mcbs, mccbs, rcds, isolators, enclosures, plugs, sockets and enclosures.
 

We manufacture most standard or non standard panel transformers.

We produce halogen flood lights and site transformers with 100w, 300w and 500w bulbs, 240v and 110v bulbs. Our halogen flood lights and site transformers are created with any arrangement of sockets from 500va up to 6.3kva.

We supply DC transformers with outputs achieved from 3ph inputs as well as from single phase. 3 phase inputs produce much smoother DC and higher currents. Almost any DC transformer voltage can be supplied on request.

We manufacture bespoke sized chokes whether single or three phase. We use inductance testers to achieve the exact value you are looking for

We stock a full range of mains line filters, both open and enclosed. This range covers single and three phase up to 150 Amps.

Our rewind service takes a little longer to turn around than a new transformer and can usually be more expensive. A rewind might be the only option if the voltages or VA ratings are unknown, or the transformer is needed to be a critical size.

We supply wallbox, floorbox, low voltage box, and potable box enclosures in a variety of sizes. Our enclosures are ventilated and house single and 3 phase transformers.

We are able to fulfil most orders from our JMS online shop within 3-5 days. We provide a standard shelf product range as well as a bespoke made to order service on our JMS online shop.

We stock toroids from 10va up to 1kva, available for same day dispatched on a next day service. Our toroids are produced with short manufacturing times.
