We use either free issue or bought in items with finished aluminium components. Many of these are complex and may already be supplied to a range of sectors.

We provide extrusion machining to all market sectors. Our services include bending, sawing and CNC machining and milling. Our extrusion machining is suitable for:

Aluminium sections are made to order and are usually available within a 2 week period. We do not stock profiles without agreement with the customer.

There are many ways in which you can have further aluminium treatments for your aluminium extrusion components.

When aluminium comes off the press it is in a state called 'Mill Finish'. It can be used in this state depending on where it will be used.

You may want to go further with your aluminium treatments which can be divided into 2 main avenues. You may want to treat the aluminium for decorative purposes or for protection reasons.

Aluminium treatments can be broken down into the following:

Aluminium components are getting more and more popular as a material and aluminium design considerations are becoming endless. Aluminium extrusion starts at the design stage and once the alloy and finish has been chosen the die can then designed for the extrusion.
