Explosion-proof cranes

J Barnsley Cranes has particular experience of manufacturing both onshore and offshore explosion-proof lifting equipment incorporating the latest ATEX Standards. It manufactures a range of electric wire rope hoists for use in Zone 1 areas up to 100 ton capacity, some with very high heights of lift.

Recent projects include 31 explosion-proof single and double girder cranes for the giant Jamnagar refinery in India, the largest refinery in the world. We have also supplied five cranes including two 40-ton explosion-proof cranes to Bechtel Linde for the Borouge project in Abu Dhabi.
