We design and manufacture industrial diesel generators in our own 80,000 square foot manufacturing facility. We work closely with our clients on industrial diesel generator projects, from design through to manufacturing, installation and on site testing.

Our design services are supported by innovative CAD/CAM software allowing virtual models to be rigorously examined before any construction takes place.

We manufacture complete generator systems and also build acoustic housings for other noisy machinery.  Our finished diesel generator products are usually supplied ready to run and are equipped with all the essential features required to provide a reliable stand by generator or continuous duty power system.  Our acoustic housings and other steel enclosures can be designed and manufactured for free issued equipment, including diesel or gas generators, water pumps, rotary converters and electrical distribution equipment (switchgear).

We are a bunded fuel tank manufacturer.

All our bunded fuel tanks are BS 799-5 compliant and have, as standard, inner tank and outer tank leak detection systems. They are pressure tested and built with plate steel construction.  Remote management options are always available to monitor or control fuel levels, pump flow and emergency systems such as fuel dumping and fire damping.

We manufacture many variations of steel bunded fuel tanks but our two main bulk fuel tank products (pictured) are available as a Roller Shutter type - for storing over 8,000 litres and also as a Compact type for storing between 1,000 and 10,000 litres.

Our containerised generators range from 10 to 2500kVA and measure between 3m (10') to 12m (40') in length, all are constructed using modified ISO shipping containers.  For generators over 2500kVA we design and build custom steel enclosures and acoustic drop-over canopies.

From 10 to 1000kVA, our containerised generators are self-contained power supplies which include, for example, the generating set, fuel tank, distribution equipment, noise control system and small power and lighting.
For generators over 1000kVA it may be necessary to provide additional enclosures for bulk fuel storage and any electrical distribution equipment.

Containerised generators are commonly used in applications where power continuity is critical and where the generator noise levels are required to be as low as possible, in hospitals and prisons for example.
