SSC Laser Cutting (HQ) - Laser Profiling, Tube Laser Cutting, Laser Cutting

SSC Laser Cutting is predominantly a laser cutting facility providing a highly accurate method of profiling mild steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium.

Our laser cutting machines can accommodate material sheets of 1,500mm wide by 3,000mm long and up to 25mm thick quickly and cleanly. Our laser cutting service also is performed at low temperatures to reduce finishing and heat induced distortions.

We have the ability to provide tube laser cutting in a variety of sections which includes irregular, flat, channel, box, angle and circular sections. 

Our tube laser cutting service can handle sheets of 200mm in box section or 220mm in tube diameter. The length of the part manufactured can be up to 8.5m in length.

We provide a laser profiling service to our customers that is capable of accommodating sheet plates of material up to 1,500mm wide by 3,000mm long. This laser profiling service can be used on plates that are up to 25mm thick.

Our laser profiling uses a specific flatbed laser cutting machine which can be used on aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel. 

We have a particular machine that can punch holes in thin gauge material and it has the ability to cut 10 holes per second in 2mm thick mild steel.

Our press-braking service incorporates the use of two press-braking CNC press brakes. These CNC press-brakes are either 100 tonnes or 80 tonnes.

Our press-braking service will cut out a number of suppliers in the chain and will save you on a few operations as your part goes through and it will accelerate the delivery process.
