Polishing and finishing is an important part of your finished components and we have a number of capabilities to tackle this. Our polishing and finishing machine provides a high-quality finish for components no matter the size of shape.

We can provide manual coarse grinding, fine satin finishing and also to polish metal to a smooth finish. As part of our polishing and finishing service we can finish with a variety of coatings needed by our clients.

We can use our Virtek Laser QC machine to produce CNC programming to reproduce metal components exactly, even if you do not have any drawings. This forms the basis of our reverse engineering.
