T and T Tubecraft Ltd - Tube Bending

T & T Tubecraft have earned a reputation for the high quality of our tube bending and section bending at our site in Woking since 1949. We have a vast experience in bending many types of sections, with one of the largest range of tooling in the south of England.

 

Architectural bending for hand railing, barrier rails, cycle stands, stadium crush rails, entrance signs, shop fitting display and special design projects, are undertaken by us for the architectural fabrication industry throughout the United Kingdom.

Section rolling in all metals in round, square, rectangular, flat, oval, tee, channel and angle are undertaken for our customers where the quality of the bending is important to the overall finish of the final product.

Coiling in all metals up to 168mm o.d is undertaken for the following coil designs:

- Helical
- Serpentine
- Pancake for dished ends

We have had many years experience in the manufacture of coils for the brewing, chemical, electrical, and process engineering industries. 

Tubecraft has the technology to measure tubes and sections to a high accuracy with the use of a coordinate measuring machine.

We are able to inspect tubes against nominal data or templates to ensure conformity.

The CMM will accept nominal data templates in the form of numerical data or CAD models.

We are able to link the CMM directly to our CNC bending machines to ensure our bends are produced to a high and accurate standard.
