Ritmar Tap Extensions
The shop tool that pays for itself the first time it's used...
* Eliminates the need for expensive, hard-to-get extension taps
* Permits quick changing of dull or broken taps-without use of wrenches
* Can be used for either machine or hand tapping
For awkward-spot tapping problems the Ritmar Tap Extension combines accessibility with accuracy. Precision machined from high quality tool steel. Each Extension is designed for a specific tap size. Maximum diameter of the Extension is not more than twice the diameter of the tap shank.
We stock a full range of extensions to suit both I.S.O & DIN Standard shank taps.
Ritmar Extendril - Drill Extensions
* Rugged... Can be used in drilling the toughest materials such as titanium and stainless steel.
* Accurate... Eccentricity of drill bit with respect to axis of Extension Rod is less than .002" T.I.R.
* Easy To Use... Dull or broken drill bits can be replaced in a few seconds - without removing Collet from Extension Rod.
* Efficient and Economical... Three Extension Rods accommodate a total of 81 interchangeable Collets, covering a range of drills from 1/16" through 5/16" (.3125 max. dia. shank), and are available in two standard lengths, 9 inches and 4 inches. Other lengths available on special order.
The individual drill size is clearly stamped on the head of each Ritmar Collet. Extension Rods are precision machined from high grade tool steel and scientifically heat treated for maximum strength and durability. Collets are case hardened for wear-resistance. O.D. of the Extension Rod is greater than the maximum diameter of Collet. Tool can therefore be used with drilling bushings.

Emuge Franken Enorm Cutters
ONE TOOL FOR ROUGHING and FINISHING
The Franken Enorm end mill range has been optimised by Emuge Franken for maximum flexibility in CNC machining.
The irregular helix angles reduces machining vibrations, the tough carbide substrate with high heat resistant coating will offer a high degree of production and offers maximum tool life. The optional internal coolant supply prevents chip clogging in slot milling, and in turn produces a reliable chip evacuation.
The end mills can be applied to a large range of tough, long and short chipping materials.
