The acs bdb500 removes swarf and particles from machined components. Machined components covered in oil/emulsion and swarf are usually cleaned off using compressed air. This results in swarf and atomised particles becoming airborne exposing the operators to the dangers of flying debris and respirable airborne particulate. Air Cleaning Systems products specialise in the removal of coolant, oil mist and smoke arising from cnc machining operations such as turning, cutting, grinding, and honing.
