- Taperlock bushes are used to secure Taperlock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taperlock Bush fits into
the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screw are tightened the Taperlock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing
the Pulley/Sprocket. To remove the bush you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the
bush out.All of our Taperlock bushes are cast iron as standard.
