- Micro Dispensing Valve P-Jet CT is a high precision micro dispensing valve for stable, accurate fast and flexible dispensing. Pneumatically operated High-speed Valve for JET dispensing of low to medium viscosity fluids including highly abrasive mediums from 3nl shots. The Micro-Dispensing Valve P-Jet is designed for non-contact application of oils, greases, adhesives, paints, fluxes, medical products and many other chemicals. Dispensing frequencies of up to 280Hz allow for a faster production process. The fluid carrying components are quick and easy to exchange. The valve is extremely reliable due to the separation of the actuator and the fluid carrying components, preventing migration of aggressive chemicals into the pneumatic drive module. With this capability, depending on the material, dispensing of single dots, beads and large volumes can be achieved. Due to the zero cavity nozzle design, it is possible to reproduce the set dispense volume with extremely high accuracy. Ideal for Electronic, Solar, Automotive, Packaging, Furniture, Medical, Cosmetic, Food and Special Machinery applications.
