Handset Repairs
INDeX handset repairs are the mainstay of our business. Every handset is stripped down, cleaned and rebuilt with any faulty keys etc replaced. The hand pieces are cleaned twice - the second time with an antiseptic cleaner then assembled with the completed handset, electronically tested and then shrink wrapped to maintain its cleanliness.
All inserts and curly cords are replaced and the handsets are returned within 5 working days. They all have a 90 day warranty.
The pricing has been recently reduced from its very low price of £16.00 per handset to an incredible £10.00 + vat + carriage to further increase this side of our business. It is our intention to maintain this price until the end of 2008.
This service (and price) applies to all (but only) Avaya INDeX handsets from the DT1 to the 2060 and also includes turrets (but not DECT).
