Design

• Rackdefenders are designed and engineered specifically for each racking type to take account of the strengths of the different racking shape. This ensures that the Rackdefender provides a perfect fit and maximum protection.
• Rackdefenders are manufactured from Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer compound in the UK to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• The integral damage indicator strip is designed to distort to provide a measured scale of any impact damage. This strip can be reset or replaced if necessary.
  Rackdefenders can be made in different lengths to suit the applications and also the damage/visibility strips can be provided in custom colours.
  

Material

Rackdefenders are manufactured from Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer to provide the following characteristics:

• Allows precise and consistent extrusion to meet the exacting standards of the design .
• Curing in high temperature steam pressure vessels ensures the design dimensions are retained within the material throughout the Rackdefender life.
  Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer synthetic rubber compound ensures that the exacting engineering requirements of shape retention, flexibility, energy dispersal & absorption can consistently be achieved.
• Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer retains its characteristics and properties between +50 and -50°C.
