Part codes and names are mandatory for every item – these take seconds to type in; we also recommend adding prices, quantities, images and a description – these will help to sell your items more effectively.
If an item sells remember to change the quantities online – similarly if you get new stock you can increase your quantities immediately. Any changes to your stock are updated within the system immediately, so users will always be viewing the most current information you have provided.
When it comes to uploading a large number of items you will want to use our Bulk Upload Tool. This allows you to upload .CSV or .XML files – either created from a scratch or exported from your own stock database. Using the desktop tool your images can be of any size because our software automatically resizes them.
