RH Nuttall Limited is a family owned and run business, manufacturing non metallic washers, gaskets, and strips since 1860.

Washers are generally used for sealing, spacing and distributing the weight of a threaded fastener. Washers can be manufactured to a high degree of accuracy in almost all non-metallic materials.

Material thicknesses generally range from 0.2mm up to 12mm. Washers can also be supplied to suit standard M5, M10, M12, M20 bolts or screws. Standard ranges of BSP washers are also readily available. We frequently run one off requirements in conjunction with multi thousand production runs. Furthermore, with our low minimum charge and large material range, coupled with our credit/debit card facility, your washer requirements can normally be supplied both immediately and cost effectively. Typical materials that we manufacture our range of washers from include vulcanised fibre, leather, polythene, rubber, EPDM, foam, silicone, PTFE, viton, neoprene, non asbestos, felt, nitrile, presspahn, nylon, cork, HDPE, self adhesive backed sponge, Klingersil, Novus, and acetal to name just a few.

Materials can be self adhesive backed with a variety of different acrylic tapes, or even laminated to form composites if required.
