undertakes the cleaning of various types of data centres and computer rooms from 'Type A' - dedicated IT Server rooms
to 'Type C' - general rooms used as server rooms. We are able to clean these to an agreed specification and a high
level of quality. The rooms unless otherwise required are cleaned live to reduce the interruption to your business. The frequency
of cleaning these rooms will depend on many factors including the protocols you have in place to combat the ingress of dust

be discussed during our initial meeting.
During our cleaning we are able carry out detailed inspections of the void areas to look for and report on potential problem
areas such as deteriorating sealing, evidence of mice or rats, past or present water leaks, loose floor support legs and damaged
cables and connectors. We can present this in a written report at the end of the clean.
The increasing technological advances in server, storage and network
technology is having an effect on the way you as an IT Professional need to operate the environment in which this infrastructure
runs from. Indeed suppliers are increasingly telling you how these data centres and server rooms should be set up. With increased
emphasis on HVAC protocols and the exclusion of contaminants most Server Manufactures like Sun and IBM etc are issuing best
practice documentation with the equipment. These discuss cleanliness of the room. Contamination within data centres and server

Prior to pricing a survey and discussion of the items to be cleaned must be performed.
For example, will the under floor and ceiling void be cleaned? Will we be entering the cabinets etc. The price per clean will
again depend upon the number of cleans per year the room is to receive.
You could ask your current cleaners to give the room
the once over or you could ask experts in the field.
