Dixon Rings
The Dixon Ring was invented by Olaf George Dixon in 1946 and is made from stainless steel mesh material, in various sizes, some as small as 1/16".

Due to the excessive manufacturing costs in making such tiny components in such huge quantities, manufacturing capability was never discovered and this process has never been used to its potential - until now.

Wedge Wire
Wedge wire is a profiled wire used to construct a robust, extremely accurate form of screen. Usually manufactured from stainless steel, it comes in various forms: Flat panels, curved panels, segments or section to form floors, discs, drums and also in a cylindrical form know as a “slot tube.” Wedge wire is especially successful where strength and accuracy are required. The properties of wedge wire lend itself to maintenance free situations and high pressure applications. Apertures range from 0.10 to 20mm with wire profiles and support wires to compliment.
